MTL was formed in 1999 by skilled linguists with over 30 years’ experience in the fields of translation and interpreting. We have a dedicated office team able to deal quickly with requests for service from our extensive client base.
Most of our work involves face-to-face interpretation for a number of major clients. This includes a number of PCTs and Acute Hospital Trusts; Government Departments; various appeals and tribunals. We also provide a range of translation services to private legal clients e.g. on immigration and family law papers.
We pride ourselves in offering high customer satisfaction and on the respected reputation we have today. We have won a number of industry awards in recognition of the excellent work we do e.g. the Institute of Linguists’ Excellent Training Centre of the Year Award 2004; Ethnic Minority Business of the Year Award 2005.
As a 24/7 full-service agency we have access to a large number of experienced, qualified Associates, all of whom are native speakers and have the relevant Criminal Record Bureau clearance. We can therefore provide a highly responsive and flexible service to meet specific client needs. We have Professional Indemnity Insurance for £1m.
We use the most up to date software to ensure that our work and monitoring processes are of the highest quality. We can therefore quickly generate management reports for clients tailored to their specific requirements.
