What range of services do you provide?
We provide a full range of translation and interpretion services. This includes the provision of on-line translation and emergency interpreting support over the telephone.
How do you quote for a job?
Translations are costed on the number of words involved and an assesment of the technical difficulty of the documents concerned. Our quote will include the cost of detailed reading, typesetting and editing of the document before sigining it off. Charges for interpreting reflect the length of time required. The expenses incurred abd ab assesment of the technicak nature of the assignment.
I need some urgent help, Do you operate an out of hours service?
We operate 24/7 service. In the event of an emergency we aim to provide telephone support within 30 minutes. Call 01706 344 884 to request this service.
What languages do you work in?
We can provide a service into and from English in a comprehensive list of languages.
What if I only require services on an ad hoc basis?
This is fine. We can work with you either on an ongoing basis or by setting up an account with us.
Are your Interpreters nad Translators qualified and are C.R.B checked?
Yes, all of our Interpreters are experienced, qualified native language speakers. They all must comply with the relevent C.R.B. clearance as part of our internal quality control procedures.
